Perhaps there's some issue with permissions? Any help here would be very much appreciatedĮdit: I saw something in a tutorial video somewhere about having to load a certain script onto the arduino using the typical arduino IDE prior to linking it to simulink. "Error creating folder 'C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2013a\slprj\realtime\arduinomega2560_servocontrol_sweep\tmwinternal' : Access is denied." ![]() I have simulink pointed at COM4 where the arduino is plugged in but I get this error message when I try to Run on Target Hardware > Run using a simple demonstration program with a micro servo: I feel like support packages should be installed somewhere in the pre-existing C:\Program Files\MATLAB rather than creating its own MATLAB folder directly on my C drive. The location of matlab on my computer is: "C:\Program Files\MATLAB" but the arduino support package automatically created "C:\MATLAB\SupportPackages\R2013a" when it installed. For your setup you must test suitable values, we got good results with TD=0.05, TI=0.5 and KP = -3000.I'm having some problems running simulink models (matlab 2013a) on my mega 2560. ![]() Only three parameters need to be defined: proportional gain KP and two time constants TI (integrator) and TD (differentiator).
